To find this gym you have to fly to west province south along the path from the pokemon center. There you’ve to pass a trainer you battled earlier. From here, you’ll have to go southeast toward the mountains. After this on your way you’ll see a super potion just off the path by a rock on the right side.

Then you’ll have to encounter a new trainer on the left. After this battle, there will be a revive near another rock on the right side, you just have to go towards the cave, until you reach the school kid telling you about the dangers up ahead.
