Corey Cunningham Halloween Ends
The film begins on Halloween night in 2019. Corey is babysitting young Jeremy for the Allen family, but Jeremy soon traps him in the attic as a prank. Taunting him with the specter of Michael Myers turns out to be a mistake, though, because Corey ends up absolutely terrified. He kicks the door down, which knocks Jeremy over the bannister and down a multiple story drop. He hits the ground and dies just as his parents return.
Corey soon becomes a conduit for Michael, going so far as to wear the iconic mask to get revenge on those who have tormented him in the years since the child died under his care.

Corey seems to come back to life, but Michael kills him by breaking his neck.

After attacked by a group of teens, he begins to open up with Allyson. The two go to a Halloween party where he finally gets to cut loose, but at the bar, he runs into the mother of the boy he accidentally killed. Corey is a monster in the eyes of Haddonfield.
At the End, When The real Michael immediately grabs his mask back from Corey. As he reaches for the knife, Corey awakens and tries to stop him, but to no avail. Whatever power Michael may have had on him, he’s no longer useful to him so he snaps on Corey’s neck and continues on his menacing way.
After his first altercation with a group of bullies, Laurie Corey in Allyson’s general direction, largely so that Allyson can find someone to go with for the Halloween party and Corey doesn’t feel that he is alone. Luckily, Allyson and Corey instantly forge a connection and each other decided to go to the party.

And he worked as Corey Cunningham in a horror movie ‘Halloween Ends’ in 2022.

When Laurie almost sees a change in Corey after his run-in with Michael, telling fellow Halloween survivor Lindsey (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’s Kyle Richards) that his eyes reminded her of the Boogeyman’s. She later sees Corey standing outside her window, staring back as Michael once did. She never implies that it’s something supernatural that has taken over Corey. In fact, she seems to believe his evil side comes from something all too human. She confronts Corey by telling him that there’s two kinds of evil in the world.
Laurie then pops into frame pointing the gun at them. “You think I’d kill myself,” she says before pulling the trigger and hitting Michael Myers. But it isn’t Michael she’s shot, it’s Corey in Michael’s clothing.
Laurie isn’t interested in killing Corey. In fact, she tries to appeal to his better senses to turn himself in for the crimes he’s committed. But Corey decides to take things in his own hands. “If I can’t have her,” he says in reference to Allyson before stabbing himself.
Why did Michael Myers let Corey go
Michael ultimately lets Corey go after their eyes meet because he experiences visions of the ordeals and hardships that Corey has been through.
From this point on, the two share a connection and Corey embarks upon his own string of murders, gradually shifting into Haddonfield’s new boogeyman of sorts. Taking this into consideration, it’s heavily suggested that Michael understood the potential within Corey to turn to evil.
With Michael weaker, he has found somebody to take over and stalk the streets he once terrorised. They essentially become one and the same after this meeting, but it likely wasn’t a meeting of chance, but fate.
In the original Halloween, Laurie is sitting in the classroom gazing out the window while the teacher gives a lecture on fate. Indeed, the circumstances surrounding Michael and Corey’s encounter suggest that it was fate that brought them together, with Corey destined to be the town’s spiritual successor to Michael.
This is reinforced at the end of the film when Laurie writes in her book that evil doesn’t die, it just changes shape.
