In the Bayonetta 3 you can purchase the old book from the shop of Rodin the gates of hell. You need to complete the chapter 1 and 4100 halos for unlocking the games. The old picture book is the first item in the treasure section of his shop. You can purchase this book when you want, if you have not a enough halos after the completing of the chapter 1.

Equip the Yo-Yo to double jump across the stalagmites on your left before reaching the portal keep going straight and after some distance the green key is appear.
Red Key
Red key is the third and last key for opening the old picture book. This is located in chapter 13 and this we are in a race across the level as the ground falls from beneath us. In the section, make your way across the falling platforms until you come to the solid area with the treasure chest. A landscape full of glowing red stalagmites.
Look closely and you will find that one is actually red key, right below one of the platforms. These two platforms are disintegrating platform and they will reveal the red key for the old picture book once they destroy themselves. Jump ahead to get the red key, you will get the even if you fall down to ground.
