He was found unattended near Ward Street and Shandon Avenue. He is not able to communicate what his name is or where he lives. He is also believed to be around 13-17 years old.
Adji was last seen wearing a blue and yellow t-shirt, blue and yellow shorts, and black and gray sneakers.

Adji “Ji Ji” Desir was a child who disappeared in 2009. He is believed to have either been abducted by a non-relative or to have wandered off.
Adji was dropped off at his grandmother’s house in Farm Workers Village in the 800 block of Grace Street. He went outside to play with other children, where he was last seen at around 5:15 p.m.

Black hair.
Brown eyes.
He is mentally disabled with the mental capacity of a two-year-old.
He understands Haitian Creole, but cannot speak it.
Despite being non-verbal, he can speak few English words and nod or shake his head for yes and no.
He is of Haitian descent.
